Creative Direction + Design
My work as a full-time artist is directly informed by a decades-long background in design, creative direction, brand strategy, and visual systems. Having led design initiatives for civic infrastructure, non-profits, and cultural institutions, I bring an intentional, scale-ready perspective to every corporate commission and installation.
This archive highlights, lightly, the creative direction, UX/I, and identity work that continue to trickle into my studio practice today.

Resy x STARR Restaurants – Borromini Outdoor Activation
Client / Agency: Care of Chan Inc. / Resy x STARR Restaurants
Role: Lead Commissioned Artist & Experiential Designer
Timeline: September – October 2026 (Activation: October 17–18, 2026)
Core Deliverables: Experiential Art Commission, Custom Cart Decoration, Layered Sewn Textile Panels, Die-Cut & Square Stickers, Concept Development
Overview
For the Resy x STARR Restaurants Rittenhouse Square activation in Philadelphia, agency Care of Chan commissioned an art activation transforming exterior of Borromini (and Rittenhouse Square Park) into interactive art pieces for the public.
By combining my fine art studio practice with precise production constraints, I conceptualized and executed custom, non-destructive decorative panels, stickers, and branded collateral designed for quick setup and clean teardown.
The project expanded to include print collateral for both Borromini and sibling STARR restaurant, Barclay Prime.
-
Brought high-level studio fine art directly to a high-end culinary activation, turning a standard event prop into an authentic, hand-crafted art object through layered, sewn textile construction rather than flat, temporary vinyl wraps.
-
Custom-built non-destructive artwork using a heavy-duty mix of pleather, marine vinyl, gessoed canvas, raw drop cloth, and large-scale decals. Engineered dimensional, textured visual assets designed to endure high-foot-traffic interactions in an outdoor event environment.
-
I created a custom modular attachments, tailored to the cart’s exact dimensions. We also developed a dozen ‘stickers’ that were pasted on the restaruant front entrance, gelato cart, and the park’s sidewalks.
This delivering a unique museum-grade visual aesthetic with a seamless, damage-free setup and breakdown for the host venue.
